Ingredients for your Guilt Free Brownies

500G Cooked Sweet Potato

12 Dates

6 Tabs Sugar Free Maple Syrup

100G Almond Meal

100G Oats

2 Tabs Melted Coconut Oil

6 Tabs Cocao Powder

1 Scoop Raw Protein Powder (unflavoured)

Pinch Of Himalayan Salt

Low Fat Low Carb Low Cal Chocolate Sauce (by Walden Farms) Optional

How to make Guilt Free Brownies

  • Preheat oven 180 degrees and line a square tin with baking paper
  • Peel Potatoes and cut into small pieces and steam until soft
  • Add the potatoes to a food processor with the dates, blend until a smooth mixture
  • Put remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix
  • Add Potato mix to the bowl of ingredients, mix in well
  • Place into the baking tray
  • Bake 45-50 mins or until you can pierce the brownie mix with a fork and it comes out dry
  • Transfer to a cake rack to cool completely before cutting
  • Add a dash of Chocolate sauce (Optional)
