Alli’s Bircher Muesli is the perfect way to stay your day!

Ingredients

1 Cup of Oats

1 tabs Pineapple Juice or Low Gi/High Alkalined Juice of your choice

 

To serve

2 tabs oat mix

2 tabs low fat greek yoghurt

1 tabs chia seeds

10 Almonds

Coconut flakes

Cinnamon

How to make Alli’s Bircher Muesli

  • Soak 1 cup oats over night in 1 tabs Pineapple Juice or Low Gi/High Alkalined Juice of your choice

To Serve

Combine all other ingredients with oats and juice mix and serve with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and cinnamon.
