Low Carb Protein Bar a Delicious Guilt Free Snack

Ingredients

4 scoops Protein Powder

½ c Almond Meal

¼ tsp Himalayan Rock Salt

1 tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Nutmeg

¼ tsp Cinnamon

1 tbs Natvia or Stevia (natural sweetener powder form)

3 Egg Whites

½ c Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

How to make Alli’s Low Carb Protein Bar

  • Line square baking dish with baking paper.
  • In a bowl combine protein powder, almond meal, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon.
  • In another bowl combine egg whites, sweetener, cottage cheese and vanilla essence.
  • Mix all ingredients well and pour into baking tray.
  • Cook in a moderate oven for approx 25 mins.
