Super Yummy Turkey Pesto – Low Fat & High in Protien

Ingredients

500g Lean Turkey Mince

1 Small Onion

2 Cups Green Vegies (ie spring onion, celery, brocolli, zuchini, brussel sprouts)

2 Tabs Pesto Paste

1 Vegetable Stock Cube (low Salt)

1 c Water

How to make Turkey Pesto

  • Cook onion and mince to a light brown colour in a fry pan over a medium heat
  • Add water, pesto and stock cube mix in well
  • Add in vegetable and cook for 20 mins

Serve with cracked pepper and fresh coriander
